Mtsweni set for new Aces deal

Cape Town - After being appointed as one of the two new Mpumalanga Black Aces captains, Esau Mtsweni was offered a new contract as his current one is coming to an end on June 30.

The player who new coach Mushin Etrugral appointed as vice-captain has signed a new three-year deal.

He is supposed to be at the club until 2019 and maybe even beyond as the club wants to keep him longer, according to a Sport24 source.

"Mtsweni together with captain Dennis Masina had their contract until the end of this month but now his contract has been extended by three more years.

“The team has shown trust and belief in him," the source said.
