Cape Town - Katlego Mphela is weighing up his options after amicably departing Kaizer Chiefs with a potential move to the MLS in the pipeline.

Glyn Binkin, Mphela’s agent, spoke to Sport24 about the striker’s future and denied reports made by the Sowetan.
The publication reported that ‘Killer’ has received, and is considering, offers from China, the United Arab Emirates and America.
Binkin did, however, confirm that there has been contact with a number of clubs from the abovementioned countries.
“He hasn’t had offers but we have received contact from certain clubs.”
There is also apparently still a chance that he could remain in South Africa.
“I don’t know, we will have to see (about him remaining in the PSL). It’s a difficult time now because most of the clubs are not open at the moment.”
