Cape Town - University of Pretoria captain Tebogo Monyai promises no respite for Moroka Swallows when the two clubs slug it out in the Nedbank Cup last-32.

Preview: Tuks v Swallows

The Birds are currently hovering just above the relegation zone, while AmaTuks have shown improved form in recent weeks and have gone six matches without a defeat.

Ahead of Wednesday evening’s showdown at the Tuks Stadium in Pretoria, Monyai has warned his former club that the Tshwane outfit will be in uncompromising mood.

"You see for us now it's like we are hungry hunters who target the low-flying birds in the bush and attack it and make them our lunch," said Monyai.

"We are not undermining our opponents, but we just want to win and we want to drag them down the drain.

"We will have a fully fit squad and our top goal scorer is available and that's danger for Swallows."

Kick-off is at 19:30 on Wednesday, February 25.
