Johannesburg - Coach Pitso Mosimane and his technical team will be very happy with the timely return of Lebohang ‘Cheeseboy’ Mokoena and Khama ‘Khamaldinho’ Billiat from injury.

Sundowns' website confirms that the pair are currently in their first week of full training and have already featured in a few friendly matches during the PSL break.

Billiat has been out action since the end of last season where the Zimbabwean international fractured a bone in his foot, while Mokoena underwent a shoulder operation during pre-season.

The return of the midfield duo will give coach Mosimane more options in attack as The Brazilians look to aggressively climb the league table.

It will however rest on the shoulders of the technical team whether the pair will be available for Sundowns as early as the next league match against Polokwane City.

The Brazilians are currently fifth in the Absa Premiership standings, eight points behind leaders Kaizer Chiefs.

The match will be played at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday, 28 September and kickoff for the match is at 15:00.
