Cape Town - Indications
are that Kaizer Chiefs defender Levy Mokgothu will seek greener pastures before
Friday's transfer deadline, as he has not featured for the club during the
current campaign.

AmaKhosi are 15 points clear at the top of the Premiership
standings and have developed a winning culture during the season, while they
also remain undefeated in their opening 18 top-flight matches.
It would arguably be prudent for the technical team to avoid
tampering with their winning formula and Mokgothu is well aware of his position
in the pecking order, having failed to secure a single league appearance for
the club this term.
"If he leaves Chiefs then it will be on loan for the
remainder of the season. We are going to have a meeting with the club before
the end of this week to look into the player's future," agent Tim Sukazi
told goal.com.
Sukazi admitted the current circumstances were rather grave,
expressing his deep concern for his client’s welfare. However, he is also determined
to help improve the situation.
"It's a concern that he hasn't played a single
competitive game since joining Chiefs, and the player is also concerned but we
will see if we can come to an agreement when we meet with the club," said
Sukazi.
