The Bafana Bafana captain said that the added responsibility of playing in front of his home town will force him to be at his best.

“You can’t lose at home - your home is your home and you just cannot lose. The last time we went to Durban, we had big games and we won them,” said Meyiwa to the club's website.

“We are going back and the people there, are expecting the same from us, I know that; I grew up that side and it is nice to go back especially to play against Chiefs.

“All I can say is that we will be ready for this match - we will fight a lot during the match just to get a good result because at home, nobody can lose.”

The Sea Robbers leapfrogged to third position in the Absa Premiership standings and are set to leave to for KwaZulu Natal on Friday, September 19.

The Moses Mabhida Stadium will play host for the much anticipated MTN8 final between Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday, September 20.

Kick-off for this encounter is set for 20:15.
