Cape Town - Chippa United midfielder Mark Mayambela says that it is not easy playing against Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.
The Chilli Boys welcomed Amakhosi to the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium for their first PSL fixture of the season last week.
Despite Joseph Molangoane being given his marching orders, Chippa held on tight for a 0-0 draw.
However, their next oppenents doesnt come any less easier but
Mayambela reveals that it will be a challenge facing the Buccaneers but will do their best to close the gaps.
“It’s not easy playing against two of the big teams in the country then we play Tuks at home but the pressure will be a bit less as opposed to Pirates,” he told Sport24.
“Of course it’s great motivation for us after playing against Chiefs so we will just keep on improving and feeling in the gaps with Pirates and hope we do even better.
“Each game is different, so we are all about improvement no matter the club. We are just hoping for the best,” he concluded.
Chippa United will see Orlando Pirates at the Orlando stadium on Tuesday, August 18 in the Absa Premiership clash.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
