Masilela and Co unfazed by Rakhale

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs fullback Tsepo Masilela reveals Amakhosi have not come up with a specific strategy to contain Orlando Pirates playmaker Thabo Rakhale.

Chiefs take on their staunch rivals in the Soweto Derby at the FNB Stadium on Saturday and Rakhale is likely to have a significant impact on the outcome of the game.

Despite indifferent domestic form, the Buccaneers have made it all the way to the final of the CAF Confederation Cup and Rakhale's dazzling performances from midfield have been a driving force behind their stellar continental performances.

Masilela revealed that during their preparation they did not focus on the strengths of the opposition.

"This is a team sport and it's not about one player. As Kaizer Chiefs, we play as a team so when we face Orlando Pirates on Saturday, we won't be thinking of one player but Pirates as a team," Masilela told Soccer Laduma.

"I can't talk about the form of Pirates' players because we are thinking about what we can do as a team on the day to make sure we collect the three points.

"Whether Thabo Rakhale plays or not, our plan for the game will be the same on Saturday."
