Cape Town - Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Mandla Masango made a goal-scoring debut in Denmark when he scored in Randers FC’s 2-0 win over AaB.
Masango, who left Chiefs at the end of last season, after arguably his best season with the Amakhosi, started the game on the substitutes bench.
However, he was brought on just after the half hour mark, and scored the second goal to secure the win for Randers.
The Bafana Bafana international became the second South African to score on debut in Europe in the past seven days, after teenager Luther Singh made a goal-scoring league debut for GAIS in the Swedish Superettan last week.
Masango, Tefu Mashamaite and Itumeleng Khune were the three big name players who did not extend their contracts with Chiefs at the end of the 2014/2015 campaign.
Khune made a u-turn and re-signed with the club a month after his contract expired.
Mashamaite signed with Hacken in Sweden, after first partaking in a 10-day trial at MLS-side New York City FC.
