Manqele ready to pounce

Cape Town - Chippa United COO, Lukanyo Mzinzi, confirms that Edward Manqele is ready to take the field as his registration is being finalised.

According to Soccer Laduma, Mzinzi Manqele has lost weight and ready for the resumption of the PSL.

“The issue with (registration) him is being finalised,” said Mzinzi.

“The player has been working very hard at training.

“He has lost a bit of weight, which is good for him.”

The 27-year-old completed his move in October 2014 after months of warming the bench and not being selected by Pitso Mosimane at Mamelodi Sundowns.
