A Sport24 source said that the team saw the player during the COSAFA Cup tournament in North West, and they want to bring him in.

"What I know is that someone recommended the players to be in the team. He is a very good midfielder but I don't know how far it has gone right now," the source said.

Meanwhile coach Cavin Johnson confirmed knowledge of the player, but couldn't say whether they are signing him or not.

"Yes it's true we have heard about that player but I want to look at what I have first before we can commit to him,” Johnson said.

"We will inform you what will happen as soon as we know where we stand."
