According to KickOff, Orlando Pirates official Mickey Modisane revealed that the star duo are set to return for the Sea Robbers.

Both players are fit but it is up to coach Vladimir Vermezovic to decide whether to introduce them straight back into PSL action on Tuesday evening.

"Major is training and the technical team will decide if he will feature tomorrow against Maritzburg United," said Modisane.

"The same thing applies to Thabo Matlaba."

Orlando Pirates host Maritzburg United at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday at 19:30.

The Buccaneers main focus will be to make up lost ground with arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs already 12 points clear of Pirates.
