According to KickOff, Mahlangu reveals that he has been waiting patiently for the perfect opportunity to continue his career in Europe.

“I hope to grow with them and challenge myself as a player, and ultimately become better for it,” said Mahlangu.

“I watched the team play on Sunday when they won 1-0 (against Eskisehirspor) and I was very impressed with what I saw.”

With the Swedish league ending in November and his departure from IFK Goteborg as well, Mahlangu reveals that the coach has made him felt needed at the Turkish club.

“I get the sense the coach really wanted me here and that is important for a player, you want to feel the coach has belief in you,” Mahlangu said.

Last year, Mahlangu was banned from playing for Bafana Bafana by SAFA following is withdrawal from the squad stating that he was suffering fatigue.
