Mahachi opens up on Arrows move

Cape Town - Golden Arrows midfielder Kudakwashe Mahachi reveals that he joined the KawZulu-Natal side to enjoy his football.

According to KickOff, Mahachi has since made an impact at the club and says that he is not thinking about his time at Mamelodi Sundowns.

“I came here to enjoy football; Arrows are a good team and I'm enjoying it," Mahachi said.

"As you saw in my first game I need to work on my fitness as I have not been playing. I need to step up a little bit and I think this team is good for me.

"I still have a contract with Sundowns, so for now I came here to enjoy myself and the rest will follow. I don't want to talk about what happened there; I came here to enjoy football."

Mahachi took Sundowns to the PSL DRC in order to get his clearance from the club due to the lack of game-time at Chloorkop and won the case subsequently.
