Cape Town - Fani Madida was frustrated that his Moroka Swallows side let “stupid goals” pass the goal line as they lost 2-0 to Bidvest Wits.

According to KickOff, Kees Kwakman put the ball in the back of the net on two occasions from set-pieces and Madida feels that his side fell for the same trap whenever they lock horns with the Clever Boys.

"We are doing well as a team and have been playing very well, but tonight we just let in two stupid goals from the same player, Kwakman,” Madida expressed.

“It was just a typical (Bidvest) Wits kind of a goal.

“They normally score from set pieces and tonight they did just that.”

Swallows loss leaves the Soweto side hovering just about the relegation zone.

Madida's side are just one point better off than 15th placed Platinum Stars but Dikwena have two games in hand over Swallows.

Moroko Swallows next league encounter is only on March 8, when they travel to face Platinum Stars at the Royal Bafokeng stadium.
