Lolo: Ajax ready for Buccaneers

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town midfielder Cecil Lolo admits that the team is looking forward to playing against Orlando Pirates in their MTN8 quarter-final clash.

Lolo told Sport24 that the Urban Warriors know the challenge they will be facing and expect to have a hard time on the field of play.

"This is obviously a big game for us but we are looking forward to it,” Lolo said.

"We know it will be tough and we expect to get a hard time, but we are ready for it.”

The midfielder reveals they will do their best to win the game as they know that Buccaneers are a strong team with quality players.

“We will go all out on Tuesday to try and win the game.

“We know Pirates are a good team, but we want to be in the next round of the MTN8. Let’s hope it goes our way.”

The sides clash on Tuesday, August 4 with the Sea Robbers playing hosting their visitors from Cape Town at the Orlando Stadium.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
