Cape Town - Golden Arrows head coach Serame Letsoaka said that every coach has expectations for their team and it is always to win no matter the circumstances.
Letsoaka bemoaned the 1-1 draw Arrows had against Jomo Cosmos on Sunday, August 24 but gave the Cosmos side credit for defending well on the day.
“Every coach always goes out there with an expectation to win,” he told Sport24.
“You prepare your team to win the match, and we wanted to beat Cosmos on the day and I must really give Cosmos credit for defending well.
“Unfortunately we didn’t win but with the type of team that we are, we are quite happy with the draw and the point that we accumulated from the match.
“My whole defenders and midfielders team stood out the most for me especially after playing for 180 minutes.
“There was definitely a lot of organization at the back and that impressed me the most.
“There is always room for improvement but I am happy overall. It’s all a work in progress."
