The South Africa international handed himself over to authorities earlier this week after the charge was brought against him, and he was released on R1 000 bail and ordered to attend court on Wednesday.

However, after making his appointment, the case was postponed until next month pending further investigation.

Lebese is believed to have assaulted his girlfriend and smashing her car window during an altercation this week.
