Orlando Pirates came close to winning the encounter but could not take their chances. They had 72% of the ball possession and Kermit Erasmus was the target that missed most of Bucs' chances along with Makola. The game could easily have ended 4-2.

Moroka Swallows defensively had a stern game at the back with Greg Etafia and Mabalane in particular putting in a solid 90 minute shift in for the Dube Birds. Great "clean" goals as Marques calls it with Chabangu coming of the bench to edge it over Orlando Pirates.

Bucs fans will know that they had this game in the palm of their hands. Erasmus and Makola will likely be spending some time on finishing come Monday for training.

As for Dube Birds, they will be flying!
