Cape Town - Orlando Pirates defender Happy Jele hopes the team can transfer their impressive CAF Confederations Cup form over to domestic action as they prepare to face University of Pretoria.
The Buccaneers have been near-flawless on the continent this year and booked their place in the Confed Cup final after a thrilling 5-3 aggregate win over Al Ahly in the semis.
The Soweto giants must now turn their attentions back to the PSL, where they face AmaTuks in a delayed Telkom Knockout last-16 encounter this weekend, and Jele is hoping for more of the same from the Sea Robbers.
"We need to make sure that we start winning domestic matches," he told KickOff.
"What we need to do is to play with confidence, the same confidence we take into CAF Confederation Cup matches.
"We need to have that confidence in local matches and we are working hard on that. Hopefully the results will come sooner rather than later."
Kick-off is at 20:00 on Friday, October 16.
