Isaacs signed on loan from Bidvest Wits for the rest of the 2014/2015 season, making his return to the Mother City, where he previously gained a reputation as a lethal goalscorer for Santos.
He arrives with the team in fifth position, seven points adrift of third-placed Bidvest Wits, and is confident that the Urban Warriors can make up the gap before the end of the season.
"It was hard for me to get game-time at Wits, so to come to Ajax Cape Town was the best thing to do,” the 28-year-old told the Ajax website.
“Now is my time to show the coach what I can do.
“I was playing under coach Roger before so he knew me already.
“It’s time for me to work hard and help Ajax win things
"We can definitely fight for third place, but only if we work hard as a team.
“Hopefully we can get three points in our first game against Polokwane and then we’ll take it from there," concluded Isaacs.
