Cape Town - SuperSport United goalkeeper Ronwen Williams has rubbished rumours linking him with a move away from the Pretoria outfit.
Williams is reported to be a transfer target of Orlando Pirates, who are still in search of a full-time replacement for the late Senzo Meyiwa.
Reports earlier this week suggested the 22-year-old goal minder was on his way to Parktown to join Pirates, but the keeper has looked to pour cold water on those claims.
"I don't know where all those rumours are coming from," Williams told Footbll411.
"But as far as I am concerned I am still a SuperSport United player.
"I have a contract to honour still and I am very happy at the club."
Meanwhile, Williams has welcomed his side's Nedbank Cup last-32 draw, where Matsatsantsa will host Polokwane City.
He added: "I think it's better to play opposition that we're familiar with.
"Although there are no easy teams amongst the 32 [in the Nedbank Cup] and the fixture schedule will be grueling.
"But I think we will be ready because we've got a good squad and the experience, so we will just take each game as it comes."
