Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs stepped up a gear as they continue to defend their league title when they beat Free State Stars 4-0 and move to the top of the Absa Premier league log table.
Defender Siboniso Gaxa had a good game and says their homework on their opponents worked for them.
"We did our home work very well and that's what helped us win the game on Saturday," the former Bafana Bafana defender said.
“It was out first home game and we had to make sure we collect the full three points after playing to a draw in our first league game.
“Stars started very well and when we defended well and scored then things changed in our advantage.
“We did very well and we deserved to win.”
