Cape Town - Allan Freese rues the chances that his Platinum Stars side could have buried after Mpumalanga Black Aces held on for a draw.
According to KickOff, Freese is adamant that his side lacked aggression despite dominating proceedings.
"We had a lot of chances but we did not have the aggression, we lacked that killer instinct when it counted most and during the second half we took our eyes off the ball," Freese said.
"Look, we completely dominated the match in the first half and we managed to put the pressure on Aces.
“We could have gone two or three up but we did not convert our chances," he added.
Aces fought back from a goal down to salvage a 1-1 draw away to Stars at Royal Bafokeng Stadium.
After the draw Stars still find themselves in the relegation zone (15th position) with 18 points while Aces are 9th with 22 points.
