Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic defender Bevan Fransman said that although he doesn’t know what the conditions will be like when they take on Orlando Pirates, there is a possibility it could go either way for both teams.
The 31-year-old admits that the encounter can turn into a tricky match-up.
“Personally I am not sure what the conditions will be like out there playing against Pirates,” he told Sport24.
“They have been playing well and improving their game lately and there is a possibility that it could be a tricky one but look it can go either way.
“A lot of teams have been coming up nicely and playing more out there more than we expected.
“Pirates are a big team and everyone knows they can be dominating because of some of the star, quality players they have onboard but that doesn’t go without saying that we can’t equally deliver.
“One has to have faith in their team no matter the challenges that you may face.
“Unfortunately I won’t be featuring in this match due to the concussion I had over the weekend.
“With that said there is always pressure on a player to perform better than they did in their last match and always do your best for your team.
Bevan Fransman will not be featuring in the match against the Buccaneers when they play tonight, August 26 at the Free State stadium.
Kick-off set for 19:30.
