Speaking to the clubs official website, Masehe maintains that they are eager to break into the top half of the Absa Premiership but not putting any pressure on themselves.
“The target that we have set ourselves heading up to Christmas is to enter the top eight,” said the 31-year-old.
“Whether it be sixth, seventh, but we must be in the top eight so, in the remaining seven matches we hope to grab maximum points, or at least as many points as possible.
“But still, we are not putting ourselves under pressure, we are taking every game as it comes.
“We haven’t taken as many points (this season) as we would have liked, but we want to take each and every game as it comes.”
Masehe added that the two week international break has helped a lot with having a new coach in Kinnah Phiri as he instils a new mentality and different approach to the way they play.
Stars face Bidvest Wits on Saturday, November 22 at Bidvest Stadium.
Kick-off is at 20:15.
