According to Goal website, Sifiso Myeni, Mpho Makola and Thandani Ntshumayelo are all set to renew their current deals with the Sea Robbers.

It has been reported that the trio’s contract are on due course to expire at the end of the season and Pirates want to extend their contracts before the end of the year.

Myeni joined the Sowetan side in 2012 and quickly won over the hearts of Buccaneers fans. The 26-year-old has scored over ten goals for Pirates since signing from Bidvest Wits.

Makola has joined from Free State Stars while Ntshumayelo moved from SuperSport United to join the Sowetan side.

It has been revealed that the individuals are to be rewarded for their outstanding performances since joining in 2012 – reports suggest that there are clauses in players’ contracts which allow Pirates to extend their deals for a further year or two.

Meanwhile Pirates return to action on Saturday, October 18 at the Orlando Stadium in a PSL encounter against Free State Stars. Kick-off is at 18:00.
