Cape Town - Royal Eagles general manager, Richard Makhoba, says returning former Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper will add value to the club after returning to take the position of goalkeeper coach.
“We highly Value John, hence why he has returned to the club to complete our technical team,” Makhoba told Sport24.
Makhoba says that they believe their technical team led by Vladislav Henric and also consisting of Bheka Phakathi and Abram Nteo is capable guiding the ambitions NFD team to the PSL.
“Look, we have a very formidable squad of young and experienced players and I believe they can help us challenge for promotion,” Makhoba said.
“As for the new players coming in, I cannot talk about that right now as we’re still working on finalising our squad.”
