Pretoria - Mamelodi Sundowns have wrapped up their first PSL title in seven years with a 3-0 win over Tshwane rivals SuperSport United on Tuesday evening.
'Downs survived a nervy first half before turning on the style in the second to stretch their winning run in the league to 10 matches thanks to goals from Suprise Moriri, Teko Modise and Cuthbert Malajila.
'Downs went into the fixture knowing a win would secure them the title no matter the result between Kaizer Chiefs and the University of Pretoria in a simultaneous kick-off and they didn't disappoint in front of a packed Loftus Stadium.

The trophy will be handed over to the Brazilians at the Harry Gwala stadium on Saturday, following their clash with Maritzburg United.
