According to KickOff, Pillay reveals that the two have been progressing well under their rehabilitation process.

“I am really impressed with how the two players are progressing,” said Pillay.

“They have both started on the contact session which is something positive on their side.

“They are keen to come back but also disciplined and taking things one step at a time.

Kadi injured himself in the Nedbank Cup Final against Orlando Pirates while Faty injured his knee in a PSL encounter against Pirates as well.

“At this point in time I can’t really say when they will be ready to play because we must make sure that we do not rush their injuries. The fact they are progressing well is what makes me proud.”

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
