Diski Challenge hits Cape Town

Cape Town - MultiChoice Diski Challenge second festival will take place at Coetzenburg Athletics stadium in Stellenbosch on Sunday.

The festival weekend will feature the second leg of the round robin matches of the MultiChoice Diski Challenge, which will be televised live on SuperSport 4 and all community TV stations available on DStv. The festival will kick off at 9:30 am.

The second festival weekend will include Cape Town’s finest entertainers, food and drink, as well as great giveaways.

Entrance to the stadium will be free.

Tickets will be available at Computicket from Thursday, 18 September to Saturday 20 September. Two tickets are allocated per person. Fans are reminded that no tickets will be issued on match day.

Soccer stars and sports celebrities like Carol Tshabalala, Matthew Booth, Jabu Mahlangu, Mark Williams and Fezile Makhanya will visit Cape Town from the 18th to the 20th of September to promote the festival weekend at schools and communities within the Stellenbosch catchment area.

The promotion will include ticket giveaways and spot prizes.

The festival weekend will also include a life skills workshop for all 8 participating teams on Saturday, 20 September.

The workshop will cover goal setting, understanding the value of money as a means to secure a stable lifestyle and a true story from one of the legends in soccer on what it takes to achieve success in life on and off the field.

Mamelodi Sundowns vs Free State Stars at 10:30

SuperSport United vs Polokwane City at 12:30

Chippa United vs Black Aces at 14:30

Ajax Cape Town vs Moroka Swallows at 16:30.
