Dikwena transfers in the air

Cape Town - Despite some injuries Platinum Stars coach, Allan Freese, reveals that he is content with the squad at his disposal.

According to KickOff, with the January transfer window looming, Freese believes he has a strong enough squad to finish the 2014/15 season on a high.

“I’ll have to talk to management [regarding transfers], but it’s just the injuries,” said after Dikwena’s 1-1 draw against Chippa United.

“We have the right numbers; it’s just the injuries which have held us back a little bit, but we’ll get over it.”

The draw against Chippa ensured that Dikwena move further away from the relegation zone, however, are within touching distance as they notch up 17 points ahead of their final game before the PSL go into recess at the weekend as they travel to Free State to face Ea Lla Koto.

Kick-off is at 15:30 on Saturday, December 20 at Goble Park.
