De Sa hopes for fourth final

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town coach Roger De Sa is hoping his previous experience in cup competitions will come in handy in Friday's Nedbank Cup clash with Bloemfontein Celtic.

De Sa played in three consecutive cup finals during his spell as Orlando Pirates coach and has reiterated that he'd rather play in a cup final and lose than to sit at home and watch the game from the comfort of his couch.

"I've said this before, but I'd rather play in the cup final and lose it than sitting at home and watching," De Sa told Football411.

"So definitely am hoping that we can keep our name in the hat at the draw on Monday and that's all we can do.

"That is important because there's a massive break so if we get out of this cup us going to have huge break during the season as well.

"So it will be nice to stay in it and we have a good opportunity to do that and I certainly hope we do our best and leave some blood and skin on the pitch tonight because that is what we require the players to do every time we play.

"They've done that in the past and I'm sure they'll do it again.

"But I am hoping to make this one my fourth cup final."
