The 30-year-old appeared before the PSL DC this week, where he was charged with assault, misbehaviour and unsporting behaviour after shoving Moroka Swallows coach Craig Rosslee during the sides' Premiership clash last month.
Daniels has since been handed the fine, R25 000 of which is suspended, while he was also made to apologise to Rosslee, who was present at the hearing.
The defender is, however, still eligible to play in United's final Premiership match of the season on Saturday against Polokwane City.
Matsatsantsa will be looking to hold on to their place in the top eight, although only one point separates them and ninth-placed Free State Stars.
