Cohen seek new career in Israel

Cape Town - Larry Cohen has been looking for an overseas-based team after being relegated with Moroka Swallows and looks to have found one in Israel’s Beitar Jerusalem F.C.

According to a Sport24 source in the Middle East country, Cohen has signed a one month contract with the Israeli Premier League Club.

The source agreed that the one month contract was indeed uncommon but apparently it has been settled that after the month the club have the option to extend.

Cohen was apparently unwilling to go on a trial period and so it was agreed upon that he would sign for a month in which he can take part in official games and be evaluated by the coaching staff.
