Chippa send condolences to Mbenyane

Cape Town - Chippa United have sent their sincere condolences to midfielder Andile Mbenyane following the passing of his wife, Ahluma Nombulelo Mbenyane.

"The Chairman of Chippa United Football Club, Chippa Mpengesi and the Club as a whole would like to send heartfelt condolences to the Mbenyane and Kala families following the passing of Ahluma in a car accident on Monday, 14 September 2015," said the statement.

"Chippa United midfielder and former captain, Andile Mbenyane and his wife Ahluma Nombulelo Mbenyane were driving to Cape Town at the time of the accident. 

"Andile is at home recovering from the shock of the incident.  We request that the family be given privacy during this difficult time.

"The Club will release funeral details in due course."
