Bloemfontein - A superior display from Kaizer Chiefs saw Lucky Baloyi and Lehlohonolo Majoro score a goal each as Amakhosi beat Bloemfontein Celtic 2-0 in an Absa Premiership match at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday evening.
The first 45 minutes was a half controlled by Chiefs as they dictated terms from the opening whistle.
The Amakhosi saw the majority of possession and were able to mount pressure on the Phunya Sele Sele goal, playing some sublime passing football to do so.
For Celtic, they were unable to get hold of the ball and only created one decent chance on goal in the first half.
Still, while Chiefs dominated proceedings they had to wait until the 36th minute before they broke the deadlock.
The man to find the back of the net for the Phefeni Glamour Boys, with a wonder goal, was Lucky Baloyi.
The Chiefs midfielder let rip with a powerful shot from 35-yards out that found the top left-hand corner of the net, 1-0.

Following the second goal the game opened up as Celtic pushed men forward which resulted in the game moving from end to end as Chiefs looked to hit on the counter-attack.
Neither side, though, could find another goal and the game ended 2-0 in favour of the Soweto club, the win taking them up to fourth on the table and with a game in hand.
