Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs Chairman Kaizer Motaung has confirmed Amakhosi’s participation in the 2015 CAF Champions League.

According to Chiefs website, CAF has confirmed Chiefs as one of the South African clubs that will be participating in an African cup competition.
The PSL released a media statement to confirm the participation of the South African teams in the Champions League and the Confederations Cup. The statement released on 28 November reads as follows:
“The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed, through SAFA, the names of the South African clubs participating in this year’s CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.
Reigning Absa Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns and runner-ups Kaizer Chiefs will play in the CAF Champions League.
Nedbank Cup winners Orlando Pirates and Bidvest Wits, which finished third in the Absa Premiership, will participate in the CAF Confederation Cup.”
The registration of the players and the fixtures will be confirmed in due course.
