Celtic conman's name revealed

Cape Town - The name of the fraudster who has been duping players into thinking they have been offered trials at Bloemfontein Celtic has been revealed.

Sport24 reported last week that Celtic chairman, Max Tshabalala, warned the conman that sooner or later the law will take the matter into its own hands.

"We appeal to this dishonest person or people to stop with their scheme and to stop wasting people's time. We trust that the law will catch up with these criminals and we apologise to those that have been inconvenienced or conned." (Read the full article HERE)

According to KickOff, the person behind all the schemes goes by the name of Sibusiso Mngidi.

“The fraudster, who goes by the name of Sibusiso Mngidi, calls or SMSes players, usually out of contract ones, and tells them to get hold of Max Tshabalala at Bloemfontein Celtic. He also demands interviews and harasses players on Facebook.”
