Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic have secured the services of Keegan Ritchie from European side SK Slavia Prague in the Gambrinus Liga.
Ritchie has penned a two-year deal and club CEO Khumbulani Konco knows that the left-back will add some experience to the team despite his age.
“It’s important that we strengthen the squad by signing quality players. Although he is only 24-years-old, Keegan’s experience will come in handy we trust that he will make a difference,” said Konco on the club’s website.
Keegan joined the team two weeks ago and participated in Charity Showdown games that were played on July 19 at Milpark Stadium.
The former Kaizer Chiefs and Moroka Swallows defender says he relishes the opportunity and cannot wait to get started.
“I’m excited to join the club and promise the supporters that I will give my all to the team,” said Ritchie.
