News reaching the Siya Crew is that SuperSport United winger, Franklin Cale, has finally signed a three-year deal with Ajax Cape Town after passing his medical with the club on Tuesday.
Cale has been in Cape Town for the past couple of days undergoing his medical, after the player and the club had reporedly agreed on personal terms weeks before.
A Soccer-Laduma source has now confirmed that Cale has passed his medical with the club and that the deal has been finalised.
The 30-year-old will be a welcomed addition to the Cape Town side, as they look to better last season’s woeful spell.
With the 2013/14 campaign starting next month, the former Mamelodi Sundowns man will be expected to play a key part in Muhsin Ertugral’s outfit, in what will be his second spell with the Urban Warriors.
