The Soweto giants will take on the Nedbank Ke Yona team at the Orlando Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The 38-year-old versatile defender said his team-mates are looking forward to the game as they aim to continue with their winning ways and boost the team morale in the current FIFA international break.
“You see, our players are really confident about this game.”
“I’m not the coach, but I think that our coach is going to use those players who are not getting enough game time.
“That is an obvious case; he will not use the regular players.
“I spoke to some of them (players) with Teboho Moloi and I said look, you need to grab this opportunity with both hands.
“I told them last week Friday when we were going to Polokwane that guys, please don’t disappoint us.
“And they are now over confident and they want to win this match.
“I know it’s not going to be easy.”
Pirates will be without Thabo Matlaba, Oupa Manyisa, Ntsikelelo Nyauza and the first choice goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa who are all doing the national duties with Bafana Bafana in Sudan.
The match will kick-off at 15:00.
