According to KickOff, the former Wellington Phoenix striker relishes the prospect of creating a deft combination with Wome.

“I've watched Wome play and I hope to get a good understanding with him early as I feel we can spark a good relationship,” said the New Zealand international.

“I can be a link man but also feel my movement off the ball will benefit the boys.”

The 27-year-old reveals that he is excited about playing in the Absa Premiership and hopes that moving to South Africa just over a month before his debut proves to be beneficial.

“I'm arriving a good month before my first game for SuperSport and will be working extra hard during this time to adjust to the new style of football and my team mates so that I can get to work straight away come the 11th of February.”

Matsatsantsa are currently in 11th position (16 points) and have already bagged the Telkom Knockout after winning Platinum Stars 3-2 at Orlando Stadium last month.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
