Cape Town - Moroka Swallow will tomorrow commence their preparations for life in the National First Division following relegation from the Absa Premiership.
One of the senior players at the club told Sport24 that their pre-season gets underway tomorrow as they prepare for life in the NFD following relegation in promotional play-offs.
“Indeed, our pre-season resumes tomorrow as we begin preparations for the new season in the NFD,” the player said.
“It's something we must get used to despite the fact it will not be easy at all. It has happened and we now have to find means of coming back to the PSL.”
According to sources at the club, the Dube Birds will retain the service of long time serving goalkeeper, Greg Etafia, and legendary midfielder, Lefa Tsutsulupa.
Felix Obada also recently confirmed to Sport24 that he will be going down to the NFD with the Dube Birds.
Swallows are also still in the hunt for a new coach having parted ways with Craig Rosslee.
