Bibo out of Arrows clash

Cape Town - Thandani Ntshumayelo received his fourth yellow card in Pirates 1-1 draw against Free State Stars this week and will miss the final game of the season when Pirates play Golden Arrows on Saturday.

According to soccerladuma.co.za, Pirates PRO Mickey Modisane confirmed to the Siya crew that Ntshumayelo is out of the Arrows clash, but that the hardworking midfielder would be available for next week’s Nedbank Cup Final against Wits.

"Bibo is definitely out, but we have players like Jacky Motshegwa and Lehlogonolo Masalesa who can always come in and replace him. This is their chance to shine," commented Modisane.

In Ntshumayelo’s absence, Pirates coach Vladimir Vermezovic is expected to call on Lehlogonolo Masalesa as his replacement.

The clash will take place at the majestic Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday at 15h00.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
