AmaZulu saw their unbeaten streak cut to five league games when they lost 1-0 at Kaizer Chiefs last week.

The Durban side has claimed 10 points from 11 home matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are Platinum Stars, SuperSport United (both home) and University of Pretoria (away).

Usuthu are placed 16th on the Absa Premiership log with 20 points from 25 matches.

Polokwane played to just their third home draw of the season when they were held 1-1 by Bidvest Wits in their last outing.

The Limpopo side has claimed 15 points from 12 away matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are Free State Stars (home), Kaizer Chiefs (away) and Black Aces (home).

Rise and Shine are placed eighth on the Absa Premiership log with 33 points from 24 matches.

In head-to-head stats, AmaZulu and Polokwane have met in three league matches since 2013/14.

Usuthu boast an unbeaten record in the sequence, with one win and two draws.

AmaZulu’s only previous home match against Polokwane was a 1-0 win in the second half of last season.

When the teams met earlier this season in Polokwane they played to an entertaining 2-2 draw.

Kick-off at 19:30 on Wednesday, April 15.
