Cape Town - AmaZulu are ready to fight off the advances of Kaizer Chiefs by offering Bongani Ndulula a new deal with the club.
KickOff.com report that AmaZulu will be offering Bafana Bafana striker Bongani Ndulula a contract extension in a bid to keep the player out of Kaizer Chiefs' grasp.
Sport24 reported earlier in the month that Bongani Ndulula is a top transfer target for Kaizer Chiefs despite the Amakhosi having already snapped up Chippa United's David Zulu.
The 24-year-old player has shot to stardom after making a positive impact in Shakes Mashaba's national team.
"Drogba" has a contract with AmaZulu until the end of June 2015 but the player's agent has confirmed the club after keen to extend his deal.
“AmaZulu have given a clear indication that they want to renew his contract,” said Ndulula's agent.
