AmaZulu duo going nowhere

Cape Town - AmaZulu official Lunga Sokhela has refuted the reports claiming the club was inundated with offers for Marc van Heerden and S'fiso Hlanti.

Speculation has been rife that the Usuthu duo is on the shopping list of a number of PSL clubs, but the marketing manager revealed that no concrete offer has been forthcoming.

"On the issue of Hlanti and Marc van Heerden, no club has come with a fair offer for those players. So as long as that is the case, they will continue with AmaZulu," Sokhela told KickOff.

"But if clubs want to do business and they've got the right valuation of our players, then we are willing to talk."

Earlier Golden Arrows coach Serame Letsoaka revealed that AmaZulu's R4m asking price for Marc van Heerden deterred management from pursuing the transfer.
