City insists that midfielder Cole Alexander will remain at the club when the
season ends, despite there being several rumours which suggest otherwise.

Alexander moved to Rise and Shine at the start of the
current campaign and has already played a more significant role in the
Premiership, while under the tutelage of Kosta Papic.
The midfielder has scored four goals in the 22 matches
played and there are strong indications that things can only get better from
"Well, honestly we haven't been approached by any club
regarding Alexander," Polokwane City general manager Costa Bellos told goal.com.
"There are no offers for him at the moment. He's our
player, and he is still contracted to us beyond this season. That automatically
means he's part of our plans," added Bellos.
Alexander has breached opposition defences four times this
season and has also represented the South Africa national team in 2015.
His career is on the rise and this is beyond dispute at this
juncture. Polokwane are open to negotiations with other clubs, should an
offer be made at the end of the season.
"Well, it's up to the chairman to decide. Ideally
serious clubs should use the right channel and open talks with chairman Johnny
Mogaladi," added Bellos.
