The Cape Town side has won three of their four home matches so far this season.

The Urban Warriors are placed fifth on the Absa Premiership log with 14 points from eight matches.

Stars’ winless streak was extended to five league matches when they were beaten 3-1 away by Maritzburg United on the weekend.

The Rustenburg team has claimed three points from four away matches this season.

Dikwena are placed 13th on the Absa Premiership log with eight points from as many matches.

In head-to-head stats, Ajax and Stars have met in 22 league matches since 2003/04.
